CLINICAL STAFF

Jason, PT, CERT. DN, Owner

Jason received his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina and did his undergraduate work at Clemson University. He has practiced in the Augusta area as a licensed physical therapist since 1992. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Jason communicates his clinical expertise by presenting continuing education for physicians and other health care providers and has published various topics on rehabilitation. Jason opened ERW™ Physical Therapy in 2002.

Lydia, PT, DPT, CERT.DN, Regional Director

Lydia has her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Augusta State University. Lydia has been with ERW Physical Therapy since 2015.

Laura, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert DN, Clinic Director (Evans Location)

Laura has her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Augusta State University. Laura earned her orthopedic clinical specialist certification in 2020 through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists. Laura has been with ERW Physical Therapy since 2017.

Kristy, PT

Kristy received her Master's in Physical Therapy from Armstrong Atlantic State University and her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Troy University. Kristy specializes in gait and balance disorders and has worked at ERW Physical Therapy since 2008.

Beth, PT

Beth has a Master of Science (Exercise Physiology) from Georgia State University, a Bachelor's degree in Physical therapy from the Medical College of Georgia, and an Exercise Science degree from Auburn University. Beth has worked at ERW Physical Therapy since 2012.

Paul, PTA, Assistant Clinic Director (Evans Location)

Paul has his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the University of West Georgia and his Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Greenville Technical College. Paul has worked at ERW Physical Therapy since 2010.

Mimi, PTA

Mimi received her Associate's degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Northland Community & Technical College in Minnesota. She has been with ERW Physical Therapy since 2016.

Elizabeth, PT, DPT, Cert DN

Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina 2017 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Mercer University in 2020. Elizabeth has been with ERW since 2020.

Cameron, PT, DPT

Cameron received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Piedmont University in 2019 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Augusta University in 2023. Cameron has been with ERW since 2023.
PERSONAL TRAINERS

Kaleb, Wellness and Personal Training Manager

Kaleb received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Valdosta State University. Kaleb completed a strength and conditioning internship at Valdosta State University while working with the football team and has been with ERW Physical Therapy since 2017.

Vince, Lead Personal Trainer

Vince has a Bachelor's in Aircraft Structural Engineering and an Associate's in Aircraft Electrical Engineering from the Community College of the Air Force. Vince is a Certified Personal Trainer and Medical Exercise Specialist. Vince has been in the fitness industry since 1996. Vince has been with ERW Physical Therapy since 2011.

Deletha, Personal Trainer

Deletha has over 8 years experience as a certified personal trainer, certified social media marketing and 4 +years experience as a legal assistant.

Briana Thompkins, Personal Trainer

Briana has her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Augusta University. She has been with ERW Personal Training since 2023.
